Bridging Science and Family Wellness

I founded Mykada Health because I believe families deserve better—better access to trustworthy information, better tools to navigate infectious disease outbreaks, and better support in making informed health decisions.

My journey started at Johns Hopkins University, where I earned my degree in public health. I went on to complete both an MD and PhD at Stanford University School of Medicine, focusing on microbiology and immunology. Throughout my training, one truth became increasingly clear: science is most powerful when people can understand it, trust it, and use it in their daily lives.

As a physician, scientist, and now a mother, I’ve seen how overwhelming and confusing health information can be—especially when misinformation becomes viral. spreads faster than facts. Mykada Health is my answer to that problem. I created this company to bridge the gap between complex medical science and everyday family life.

That’s why we’re building the Mykada Infectious Disease Index—a hyper-local alert system that helps families stay informed about potential outbreaks before they become headlines. Alongside this, we’ll share updates on the latest in infectious diseases, public health policy, and drug development news—translating the science into meaningful insights families can use.

This isn’t just about data; it’s about people. My mission is to empower families with knowledge—not fear—so they can feel confident, prepared, and supported. At Mykada, we’re building more than a platform; we’re creating a movement for clarity, compassion, and community in public health.

We all deserve to feel safe, informed, and in control. That’s the heart of Mykada.
